About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to drive revenue growth through strategic and effective marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all brand and marketing efforts, with a focus on digital and e-commerce business models. This role involves building and leading a high-performing marketing team, creating and presenting annual marketing plans, and executing dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, and developing strategic partnerships to amplify the brand message.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8-10 years of diverse marketing experience, with a strong background in retail, digital marketing, PR, social media, and operations. Experience in managing multi-million marketing budgets is essential, as is hands-on experience with CRM, SEM, SEO tools, and social media platforms. The role requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent presentation abilities. Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
