This role is pivotal in shaping the marketing vision, overseeing retention efforts, and developing multi-channel strategies for brand awareness. Responsibilities include brand marketing, retention marketing, and managing teams focused on email marketing and brand partnerships.
The successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in identifying new opportunities for growth and must have at least 7 years' of experience, with some time spent in a leadership position. The role requires a leader who can fuel innovation, spearhead product development, and market expansion, and ensure the brand remains a leader in the industry. The candidate must be adept at anticipating trends and be recognized for their exceptional team-building and mentorship skills. A background in managing adtech/martech and MQL generation is not sufficient; the focus is on a strategic, holistic approach to marketing that goes beyond junior-level tasks.
