About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing with a strong background in DTC and omni-channel experience, particularly with brands that have demonstrated significant growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, fostering influencer and brand partnerships, and leading community building and retention initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the marketing vision, overseeing retention efforts, and developing multi-channel strategies for brand awareness. Responsibilities include brand marketing, retention marketing, and managing teams focused on email marketing and brand partnerships.

The successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in identifying new opportunities for growth and must have at least 7 years' of experience, with some time spent in a leadership position. The role requires a leader who can fuel innovation, spearhead product development, and market expansion, and ensure the brand remains a leader in the industry. The candidate must be adept at anticipating trends and be recognized for their exceptional team-building and mentorship skills. A background in managing adtech/martech and MQL generation is not sufficient; the focus is on a strategic, holistic approach to marketing that goes beyond junior-level tasks.
