About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to take on a pivotal role in leading all manufacturing operations with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining a multi-department team, developing and maintaining safety cultures across manufacturing sites, and ensuring the effective management of warehouse, production, facility maintenance, and inbound and outbound operations. This role requires a leader who can meet business objectives, lead sites effectively, and support the company's growth, team, and project development through cross-functional work.

Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company must have a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with a significant background in the battery or related industry. Key requirements include an in-depth understanding of battery technologies, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management, as well as a proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional projects.
