The role requires a leader with a passion for mentoring and growing their team, a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models, and strong skills in business process development and budget management. Experience in project management, a finance background, and excellent communication and influencing skills are essential. The Vice President of Operations will also be involved in financial forecasting, end-of-month financial activities, and must be adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
