Key responsibilities for the VP of Operations include overseeing the company's operations, and production, and supporting the scaling of retail operations. The role demands a leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field, a builder with a startup mindset, and a proven track record in driving operational excellence. The VP will be tasked with developing and leading the implementation of growth directives, managing the operational P&L, and enhancing the customer experience through creative problem-solving and technical solutions. A strong background in back-of-house standards, and automation, and a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field are required.
