About the Role The Company is in search of a dynamic and versatile VP of Operations to join their team. This part-time role, initially 2 to 3 days a week, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational oversight, including providing leadership to operational teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments. Financial management is also a key aspect, involving collaboration with the financial team and maintaining a basic knowledge of financial accounting. The VP of Operations will play a pivotal role in implementing strategic initiatives, pursuing business development opportunities, and will be a key point of contact for clients, their teams, and partner service providers. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and is primarily remote, with occasional travel and flexibility for night and weekend work.
Candidates for the VP of Operations position must have proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, and a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and spreadsheet usage.
