About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead its property management and service teams during a period of significant growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the teams are equipped with the necessary talent and processes to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding portfolio. This role involves setting the strategic direction for the business unit, approving hiring and budgeting, and making all key decisions to uphold the company's management standards. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining the company's values and culture, monitoring the performance of the operating budget, and leading the team to exceed financial targets and core metrics.

Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 15 years in property management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, is required. The role demands a leader with strong communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software. A CPM designation and experience with affordable housing and Fair Housing regulations are considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, and client relationship management, and a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
