Strong relationship-building, influence management, and the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 7 years in partnership development and management, with a focus on delivering high revenue growth. Experience in MarTech, AdTech, and data partnership development is a key requirement. The role demands a highly credible communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills, and the ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and conferences. Educational background should include a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. The Vice President of Partnerships will be expected to lead a cross-functional partnership management methodology, meet annual revenue and margin targets, and ensure that partnership deals meet critical strategic objectives.
