The VP of People will also be responsible for defining and nurturing the company's culture, values, and mission, especially in a remote work setting, and will act as a strategic advisor and coach to the leadership team.
Applicants for the VP of People position at the company should have at least 10 years' of experience in People Operations/HR, with a minimum of 5 years' in various people functions, including recruiting.
