This role is pivotal in driving the company's external partner strategy, product strategy, and technology operating model. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the platform and partnerships function, including API development, SDK toolkit, data capabilities, and partner connectivity. They will also be accountable for the design and execution of the product strategy, engaging with financial institution clients to inform the product roadmap, and managing a team of high-performing product managers and leaders. The Head of Platform and Partnerships will work closely with the technology team on software development and with sales and marketing on go-to-market execution, and will be instrumental in redefining how banks can leverage the fintech ecosystem for innovative digital banking experiences.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in product management, with a focus on building and launching CLM and/or data solutions for various market segments. A background in Agile operating models, design thinking, and a proven track record in B2B financial services and SaaS is essential. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related disciplines, and a strong background in platform strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems, be highly proactive and self-motivated, and possess strong leadership and collaboration skills.
