The VP will also manage strategic relationships in the government segments and oversee product operations. Key responsibilities include product strategy, portfolio management, product development, annual bid processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of product activities.
Candidates for this position should have an MBA or advanced degree, with at least 12 years' of healthcare leadership experience, including 6-10 years' in Medicare and/or FEP product development or management. The role requires a proven track record of success in managing people and achieving business goals. The VP will be expected to lead cross-functionally, drive product strategy, and manage a multi-million dollar budget. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to build key organizational relationships and influence business outcomes. The position demands a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
