This includes guiding the product roadmap, engineering, operational management, and go-to-market strategies for AI and quality data initiatives. The role also involves mentoring a product management team, refining data strategy for process automation, and leveraging AI technologies to improve various aspects of the supply chain, such as forecasting, inventory management, and sustainability. The Vice President will be a technical and product thought leader, driving the transformation of healthcare supply chain management and ensuring the delivery of new solutions with a focus on responsible AI and data governance.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' product management experience, with a proven track record in leading initiatives related to data and deep learning technologies. Deep expertise in AI, IT tools, and data systems is essential, as is a background in healthcare or supply chain management with a strong understanding of related business processes. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly, work effectively in team environments, and manage product management teams. Experience in software development, change management, and strategic planning is also necessary. A background in healthcare IT product management and experience as a lead speaker at industry events is preferred. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple projects and processes, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
