About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Program Leadership to oversee and support a range of R&D, clinical, CMC, and quality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the PMO, ensuring effective communication with executive leadership, and providing hands-on support to functional leads. This role involves coordinating both internal and external stakeholders to meet project deliverables, timelines, milestones, and budgets, as well as facilitating decision-making within teams. The position demands a professional with a strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to ensuring the success of the company's clinical-stage assets in the oncology space.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 20 years' experience in the life sciences, with at least 10 years' in project management, and a strong background in end-to-end program management, risk mitigation, and planning, particularly in the context of FDA regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Vice President of Program Leadership position at the company should possess a Master's or Ph.D. degree and demonstrate the ability to be a strategic leader who can influence without authority.
