Position Details
Real Estate and Development Responsibilities
Leads market development to achieve the AOP and LRP, including market planning, consulting, negotiating, and approving all corporate deals.
Leads all development of restaurants, requiring increased cross-functional engagement and DRSC resources to bring projects to fruition.
Drives execution against BIBIBOP'S market plan with targeted growth, serving as the primary point of contact between the Field and Corporate.
Ensures compliance of BIBIBOP'S Development activity with all related processes and policies.
Construction Responsibilities
Oversees and supervises construction leadership in planning and development for new store openings and remodels, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Effectively leads the construction lifecycle, implementing process improvements to achieve company goals.
Creatively lowers the cost and speed of construction projects while maintaining brand image.
Coordinates pre-construction planning with the design team, Construction Managers, and brand partners.
Creates and manages deadlines for all construction projects, ensuring timely completion.
Develops a network of regional contractors and design partners with clear performance metrics and accountability.
Team Responsibilities
Collaborates with brand partners and C-suite executives to establish and maintain agreed-upon business objectives.
Partners with architects, design, real estate, and operations teams to provide insight on growth-related decisions.
Drives consistent improvement in team members through open communication and strong organizational skills.
Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Works with executive leadership to develop long-term plans for growth and development.
Partners with support center leaders to implement new field programs and ensure effective execution.
Collaborates with operations directors to maintain consistency across regions.
Builds and develops teams that support company culture and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge in market planning and implementation for various restaurant/retail locations.
Experience in leading construction and facilities maintenance leadership.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment and 5 years of experience leading teams.
Extensive knowledge of fast-paced real estate development processes, including established broker networks and negotiation skills.
Ability to source appropriate resources in effective site selection.
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong influence and negotiation skills, with effective communication across all media.
Possesses strong presentation skills and is required to make credible recommendations on site selection.
