About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry. Strong P&L and budgeting experience, the ability to build key industry relationships, and a proven track record in managing sales teams and developing sales plans for MRO and OEM markets are required. The role demands a highly organized individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
