About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales. This pivotal role demands a leader with a strong strategic vision and exceptional customer-facing skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets within the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive sales strategy, managing the sales process from onboarding to pricing, and nurturing relationships with OEM, manufacturing, and aviation suppliers. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to create sales collateral and product roadmaps is essential, as is a deep understanding of the aerospace market and its competitive landscape. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, implementing loyalty programs, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the sales team.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry. Strong P&L and budgeting experience, the ability to build key industry relationships, and a proven track record in managing sales teams and developing sales plans for MRO and OEM markets are required. The role demands a highly organized individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally as needed. The Vice President of Sales will report to senior management on sales and performance metrics, and will be a key player in the expansion and success of the company.
