About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the US regional sales, branding, business development, and growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall sales execution, strategic planning, forecasting, and growth in the US region. This role involves building strong customer relationships, and strategic partnerships, and leading a sales team. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with achieving and exceeding budget sales and gross margin targets, as well as ensuring that all administrative requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, and a background in the education industry, particularly in educational furniture or related fields.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A strong track record in leadership, including growing, hiring, and mentoring a sales force, is essential. The role requires a candidate with experience in selling through distribution partners and OEMs, and the ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally. The VP of Sales will be expected to have a strong executive presence, excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and present.
