This role requires a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in a senior sales leadership position within the insurance or insurtech industry, strong relationships within the retail agency and broker community, and a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams. The Vice President of Sales will also be instrumental in utilizing data and analytics to shape sales strategies, track key metrics, and ensure the scalability and consistency of the sales process.
