The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of strategic sales, a proven ability to interact and present ideas at a senior level, and a strong sense of urgency in dealing with complex customers. Deep knowledge of needs-based selling strategies, the ability to think strategically, and a strong financial acumen are essential. The role also demands an established track record of profitable revenue generation, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a sales team across complex business lines.
