To be considered for the Vice President of Sales position, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales leadership, with a focus on high-volume sales. Direct client relationship management experience is a must, with a preference for those who have worked in a digital marketing business. The role demands a leader with a strong background in strategic thinking, effective account planning, and the ability to drive sales excellence. Experience in leading large-scale business change, the legal market, and online legal products is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, ambitious, and energetic self-starter, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. A four-year degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
