About the Role The Company is in search of a VP of Sales for OCI and Managed Services. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the company's managed services practice in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling managed services for Oracle applications and technology, with a focus on achieving revenue and margin targets through the acquisition of new clients. Key responsibilities include crafting tailored solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with business development, marketing, and alliances teams to execute the go-to-market strategy. The role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in IT sales, particularly in the managed services sector, and a strong understanding of Oracle applications, cloud services, and managed services.

The ideal candidate for the VP of Sales position at the company will be a success-driven individual with strong emotional intelligence, integrity, and a customer-centric approach. Experience working for an Oracle partner and a background in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is essential to drive client growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365, and the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
