Key responsibilities include strategic sales leadership, accurate forecasting, developing a data-driven sales process, maximizing the use of automation technologies, customer relationship management, team development, and staying informed of market intelligence.

Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in sales leadership, particularly within the AI, BI, or statistics domain, is required. Experience in the technology or SaaS sectors is a must, and a background in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven forecasting is highly valued. The role demands a leader who can achieve sales targets with precision, develop a dynamic sales strategy, and spearhead the evolution of the sales organization.
