The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process, from opportunity generation to proposal strategy, with a focus on acquiring new clients that align with the company's values and impact. This role demands a leader who can deeply understand and effectively communicate the company's unique value proposition, particularly to enterprise-level, health-focused organizations. The VP, Sales will work closely with marketing and account teams to drive demand and will be at the forefront of the company's efforts to evolve and improve its market position.

Applicants for the VP, Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales management, with at least 7 years' in a digital agency, consultancy, or similar environment. The role requires a growth and outcome-oriented leader with a proven track record in uncovering opportunities within target markets and a strong ability to use data and analytics to optimize sales tactics. The ideal candidate will have exemplary communication skills, be adept at in-person presentations and pitches, and have a background in a health-related field. A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, as is experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ZoomInfo. The VP, Sales will be expected to define and implement sales targets, manage and mentor the sales team, and collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials.
