About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Sales with a strong background in managing client accounts, particularly in the home soft goods industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire client relationship with a focus on sales management, buy meetings, POS analysis, sales reports, and merchandising. This role is pivotal in leading the development of new products and monitoring the performance of existing programs. While the position is mostly remote, the VP of Sales will be expected to travel to the office approximately once a month.

Applicants for the VP of Sales position should have a proven track record in a similar role, with specific experience in running client accounts, preferably with a large retail partner. The role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage a cross-functional team and is adept at tracking and analyzing sales data to make informed business decisions. A deep understanding of the home soft goods market is essential, as is the ability to foster strong, long-term client relationships.
