About the Role The Company is in search of a VP of Sales to lead the expansion of its client base in North America, with a focus on private cloud solutions and managed services. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales leadership, revenue generation, and managing the full sales cycle. This includes prospecting, solutioning, and closing deals, as well as building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The role also involves close client engagement, preparing and delivering presentations, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with business development, marketing, and alliances.

The ideal candidate for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a proven track record in the IT sector, particularly in sales of complex hosting and professional services. A strong understanding of the cloud hosting marketplace is essential, with knowledge of Oracle Exadata being advantageous. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM and Microsoft 365, and the ability to manage sales pipelines effectively. The candidate should be a passionate, strategic thinker with a resilient mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to execute sales strategies in a challenging, supportive environment.
