About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conveying expertise and a clear value proposition to high-level business prospects, as well as developing new opportunities through various sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and social media. The role involves following up on leads, conducting research to identify potential new prospects, and nurturing warm leads to progress through the sales cycle. The VP of Sales will be expected to achieve and exceed targets for both activity and revenue, and to maintain a high level of performance and accountability.

Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company must have a minimum of 3 years' of proven sales experience in the collection agency industry. A key requirement is an established network of key decision makers and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. The role demands a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, and a working knowledge of pricing and financials. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering presentations to a wide audience, including senior-level executives, and will be committed to maintaining the company's standards of performance and professionalism.
