Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the beverage or spirits industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of both developing and implementing sales processes and strategies and will have a strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
