This role is pivotal in driving the business forward, particularly in the areas of specialty cable for renewable energy, medium voltage cover conductors, and high-performance wire for various applications in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Applicants for the VP Sales position at the company should have a strong background in the electrical industry, with a minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, and a proven track record of relationship development within the distribution channel. Experience at a national level with major distributors is a significant advantage. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry, including the ability to introduce new products into the distribution channel and a focus on building wire and specialty cables for the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at selling technical products and possess the skills necessary to lead a sales team effectively.
