The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to lead strategic planning and execution, with a focus on established plans for enterprise solutions. This role involves providing oversight for strategic initiatives, including leadership, management, financial accountability, and compliance. The VP will be directly responsible for establishing and achieving revenue and margin goals for assigned solutions, as well as leading innovation and solution development efforts. Additionally, the role includes leading a regional solutions team, managing P&L, and fostering relationships with government accounts and regional partners.
Candidates for the VP of Strategic Initiatives position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to thirteen years. A Master's degree is preferred. The role requires a strong background in strategic planning, strategic initiatives management, solution development, P&L management, and business development. Applicants must have a proven track record of at least 7 years in a supervisory or leadership role, as well as experience in budget design and management. Public speaking and presentation skills are essential, and experience working with both private and public sector entities is a plus. The VP will also be responsible for fostering the company's values of seeking, empowering, and impacting, and for representing the company at various internal and external events.
