The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all changes requested for the Oracle footprint align with the global design and will actively seek opportunities to streamline and improve finance and organizational outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with multiple business and support teams, as well as with IT strategy and architecture teams, to identify, design, and deliver the correct solutions in line with the defined strategy. The Business Solution Architect will also be tasked with managing a complex design roadmap, building relationships, and managing expectations of project teams, stakeholders, and executives.
Applicants must have a proven track record as a Business Solution Architect, with experience in at least one end-to-end implementation involving a global customer or a full ERP suite. A deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules, integrated solutions, and systems architecture is essential, as is a strong background in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions in partnership with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. The role requires a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP solutions, particularly within the banking or financial services sector. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and the candidate should have excellent communication, management, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also a necessary skill for this position.
