Candidates for the Vice President, People and Culture position should have a university degree, preferably a Master's, in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and a professional HR designation is an asset. A minimum of 7-10 years of senior HR management experience, with a focus on organizational culture, change management, and talent retention, is required. Experience in both the private sector and non-profit organizations, particularly in the international development sector, is highly valued. The role demands strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the company's mission, vision, and values. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing staff, implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across the regions where the company operates.
