This critical role involves building and shaping the company's dynamic culture, and the successful candidate will be a strategic partner across all business units for hiring, retaining, and enabling top talent. As the VP, People, you will oversee all people functions, including operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, total rewards, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. The role also includes developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company's growth and aligns with its core values, sitting on the executive leadership team, and fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive company culture.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role at a high-growth SaaS startup, with at least 5 years of experience leading HR and recruiting functions. Experience in leading an early-stage startup through significant growth and expertise in various people-related functions are essential. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and experience in developing DEI frameworks and initiatives. International expansion experience, particularly in the EMEA, APAC, or LATAM regions, is a plus.
