The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial performance, strategic operations, and legal compliance within the research and innovation division. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong operational understanding of finance and campus management, as well as the leadership skills to empower and guide expert teams. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership across the mentioned functions, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensure alignment with global R&I objectives while meeting local operational needs.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, demonstrating a successful track record in financial management, strategic operations, and leading specialized teams. A proven ability to lead and empower teams, excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural intelligence skills are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, comfortable with autonomy, and able to make sound decisions aligned with the company's values and objectives. A higher degree such as an MBA or JD is preferred. The Vice President will also be responsible for financial planning and analysis, overseeing financial compliance and risk management, and providing hands-on management of campus-related projects. In addition, the role involves strategic team leadership in purchasing, patent management, legal, portfolio management, and data privacy coordination.
