The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing direct-to-resident multi-channel campaigns, enabling clients to market offers to their residents, and partnering with various internal organizations to build a comprehensive consumer strategy. Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of an outstanding resident experience, driving automation and operational excellence, identifying behavioral triggers across the resident lifecycle, and ensuring compliance for resident-facing offers. The role also involves owning the end-to-end process of multi-channel communication and campaign development, as well as leading a team to manage resident engagement and promotional campaigns.

Candidates for this position must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of experience in consumer marketing leadership roles. A proven track record in generating demand for consumer products, a deep understanding of consumer psychology, and the ability to craft compelling messages across multiple channels are essential. The role requires experience with consumer engagement technology, data and technology projects for automation, and a strong ability to analyze data for campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced team leader, committed to operational excellence, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in performance tracking, data analysis, and excellent communication skills are also necessary. Additional knowledge in behavioral analysis, perceptual mapping, conjoint analysis, and psychographic mining techniques is a bonus.
