The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and embedding core sales principles, developing a multi-year sales excellence strategy, and fostering a shared sales culture. This strategic role involves close collaboration with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure that sales initiatives are aligned with business objectives and strategies. The VP of Sales Excellence will also be pivotal in driving the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of the sales organization, with a focus on empowering sales teams, enhancing their skills, and accelerating revenue growth.

Key responsibilities for the role include partnering with sales leadership to identify strategies for driving sales growth, leading and influencing stakeholders within the sales function, and optimizing talent to execute sales excellence strategies. The candidate will be expected to evaluate, implement, and optimize sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and sales productivity tools, as well as provide training and support to sales teams on their use. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of sales excellence initiatives, as well as managing the sales excellence operational budget, are also part of the role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in strategy, training, and operations, and a proven track record of driving sales excellence and revenue growth.
