This senior leadership role is pivotal in identifying and managing large-scale IT initiatives, driving technology-driven innovation, and enhancing the organization's security posture. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning product strategies at the executive level, with a focus on security, infrastructure, and collaboration. This includes overseeing product security, combining strategic vision with technical expertise, and leading the team through product ownership and launch planning. The role demands a proven track record in partnering with and influencing executives, managing complex programs, and executing operational processes with a strong engineering background.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 10 years' of experience in Director-level or above management, and a background in high-tech operations. Essential skills include management experience in support/provisioning operations, leading engineering teams, and a demonstrated ability to deliver business value through technology solutions. The VP will also be involved in process and systems enhancement, organizational management, and will be expected to lead and grow a team, develop technology alliances, and support the pricing and packaging of solutions. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of executive-level management, experience with corporate systems, and a proven record of problem-solving and analytical skills.
