Executive presence, exceptional client service, and the highest level of integrity and professionalism are essential.

Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of business experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a sales role, with a preference for those with experience in a professional services firm. The role demands a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a collaborative nature to partner effectively with practice leaders and growth services colleagues. The VP will be expected to travel regularly, be proficient in lead generation, and have a strong network within the healthcare industry.
