Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business strategy or a related field, with at least 15 years' experience in corporate strategy, business development, engineering, or product, preferably within a technology company. The VP will be expected to have a proven track record of leading and managing strategic projects and teams, with a focus on budget management. Expertise in corporate strategy reporting and financial modeling tools is essential. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to inspire and develop talent. The ideal candidate will be a strong decision-maker, adaptable, and a product or technology advocate, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the company's growth strategies.
