The successful candidate will be a high-performing leader responsible for wholesaling investment products to registered representatives. This role demands a strategic and hands-on approach, with a focus on managing multiple clients, developing new relationships, and working with a talented team to make a significant impact. Key responsibilities include leveraging a consultative sales process, educating advisors on the benefits of structured investments, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's monthly offerings. The role also involves close partnership with home offices and issuer partners, analyzing sales trends, and regular travel to meet with advisors and clients.
Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in a client-facing role within the investment industry, with a strong preference for those with experience covering large wealth management platforms. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and possess the necessary Series 7 and 63 licenses. The role requires the ability to sell and support a diverse platform of structured investments and other defined outcome offerings. The Vice President will be expected to onboard new clients, capture information using a contact management system, and follow a rigorous sales process to support business growth.
