The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for driving talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, executive coaching, and leadership development strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's talent initiatives are in line with its business objectives and that a high-performance culture is fostered. The VP will work closely with senior leaders, offering strategic consulting, and will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge talent and performance programs.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10 years experience in talent management or organizational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large, complex organization. The role requires a proven track record in strategic thinking, executive coaching, and change management, as well as the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. The VP will be expected to have strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities include talent consulting, strategic talent management, coaching and development, performance management, leadership development, talent analytics, organizational development, and general HR leadership.
