Operational oversight, compensation planning, global benefits management, executive compensation, global compensation, data analysis, and compliance with legal requirements are key components of the role.
Candidates for the Vice President of Total Rewards position at the company should have a BA or BS degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits planning. Executive compensation/Compensation Committee experience is a plus. The role demands a professional with proven project management skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
