The VP, Total Rewards will also be tasked with ensuring that all programs align with the company's overall strategy, supporting a high-performance culture, and managing the design and administration of various compensation and benefits initiatives.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record in leading and implementing total rewards strategies within publicly traded companies, with a strong understanding of public company reporting requirements. Experience in the technology industry is essential, with additional exposure to other sectors. The role requires a leader with a depth of experience across all areas of the total rewards function, including executive compensation, incentive programs, and benefits.
