Responsibilities
**Client Consultation**
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' preferences, budgets, and expectations.
- Provide expert advice on cruise destinations, itineraries, and cruise lines.
**Booking and Reservations**
- Research and book cruise packages tailored to client preferences and budgets.
- Handle all aspects of cruise reservations, including accommodation, dining, and onboard activities.
**Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on the latest cruise industry trends, new ships, and travel regulations.
- Build and maintain extensive knowledge of various cruise lines, ships, and itineraries.
**Customer Service**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns.
- Assist clients with pre- and post-cruise arrangements, including transportation and excursions.
**Documentation and Logistics**
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation for cruise travel.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation to and from the cruise port, travel insurance, and necessary visas.
**Sales**
- Actively promote and upsell additional services, such as shore excursions, specialty dining, and onboard packages.
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with cruise line representatives and suppliers to ensure seamless client experiences.
**Post-Trip Follow-Up**
- Conduct post-trip follow-ups to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Proven experience as a Cruise Specialist or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Extensive knowledge of various cruise lines, ships, and popular cruise destinations.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
