Warehouse Associate

An established Wholesale Distributors of Brand Name Office Equipment, Computer Technology, Ink and Toner Supplies, Consumer Electronics and Accessories, Cleaning and Breakroom Products, Tools, Janitorial, Sanatorial Supplies is looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist in all aspects of warehouse operations, including packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient movement of goods and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory management. Safely load, unload, and store products. Package products efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and preparation for shipment. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping according to guidelines. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits. Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of warehouse or packaging experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it. Strong attention to detail, especially in packaging and labeling. Basic computer skills for managing inventory and shipments. Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Flexibility in working hours, including possible overtime.
