**Description**
Job Duties:
- Perform Cycle Count Duties.
- Perform physical count according to cycle count sheet.
- Assist each department to run the daily cycle count sheet.
- Recount each department discrepancies.
- Register results for the Audit FIFO.
- Enter count sheet into the system.
- Print Cycle Count Entry Adjustment and Hit Miss Analysis for cycle count results.
- Fill and analyze the Check List sheet for daily inventory discrepancies for final approval.
- Review and approve cycle counts based on tolerance and according to supervisor approval.
- Maintain communication with EP, GL and MX Inventory control to review open counts discrepancies.
- Maintain Transaction Interface clean.
- Ensure daily monitoring to correct stock transactions in the system.
- Analyze Parts Not Found from each department.
- Follow up and analyze the Check List to review discrepancies from each department.
- Proceed to adjust.
- Monitor and perform oracle transactions.
- Audit manual oracle transactions from each department.
- Audit P.O. Receipts
- Monitor oracle alerts.
- Support inventory task as needed for Lot control and expire material.
- Follow up on scrap disposition.
- Follow up on Delivery Performance involving inventory discrepancies.
- Schedule and coordinate physical inventories.
- Run reports by sub inventories and categories.
- Schedule date and counters for physical inventory with each department.
- Perform, analyze, record and approve discrepancies.
Requirements:
* High School diploma required.
* Previous inventory and shipping/receiving experience required.
* Good communication and interpersonal/people skills required.
* Good organizational skills required.
* Good attention to detail required.
* Analysis skills required.
* Data entry skills required.
* Computer skills required: Oracle 11i, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explore.
