**Warehouse Management System Project Manager -** **Summary:**
The WMS Project Manager is responsible for understanding the client's WMS needs and Plan and replace their legacy WMS with a modern Manhattan WMS solution. The role requires to align the WMS implementation with the overall enterprise digital transformation program and assist the Program manager to ensure tight alignment
**Skills Must Haves**
* Manhattan Associates experience
* Must understand how the Manhattans WMS solution can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes (ensuring ability to design, execute, and deliver)
* 7+ years of experience in WMS
**Responsibilities:**
* Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts which will support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business owners. This includes the management of critical project components including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, and procurement through all phases of the systems life cycle
* Oversee the development of project and resource plans and validate that all significant plans are optimized with regards to schedule and personnel
* Communicate commitment dates to project stakeholders
* Project Scope management: develops and maintains project documentation, which includes creating the project charter, project schedule and major milestones, and issues list, establishing work plan, budget, roles/responsibilities and key deliverables
* Identifies and obtains commitments from required resources ( Manhattan resources and client's) and works with project team through completion of project by sustaining cohesiveness and continual progress to the project work processes
* Facilitates the execution of the project in its agreed-upon scope/time/cost baseline and reports variances/deviations
