The key objectives of this position are to perform administrative support and customer service for Sandstone Wealth Management.
In this role, you will provide professional customer service by actively seeking out customer questions, needs or concerns regarding investment-related issues. You will perform a variety of administrative duties such as preparing documents for opening new accounts, along with preparing various investment reports. You will maintain a customer database and oversee customer correspondence. You will also stay informed about compliance responsibilities and keep compliance and audit manuals up to date.
* Associates degree or equivalent
* One to three years related experience
* Or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and government regulations
