**Job Title: Welder****Job Description**Welder/Fitter/Custom fabrication. Daily responsibilities will include reading blueprints, cutting metal materials to size, laying out materials, tack welding/fitting materials per blueprint specification, finish welding, and completing fabrication projects. This will require using hand and power tools such as drills, sanding discs, die grinders, cut-off wheels, tap & die, polishers, band saws, chop saws, and cutting torches. All welding processes are used: TIG, MIG, Stick, and Flux-core. Materials include aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel. You will be building/welding large fixtures, frames, containers, and structural pieces. 1st and 2nd shift available: Mon-Thur. 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM. 2nd shift: 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.**Hard Skills**+ Welding+ Fabrication+ Layout & blueprint reading**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Baldwin, Wisconsin.**Work Environment**Large but clean environment with a safe work culture.
