Welding Technician

Your tasks:
Production support of both Laser and MAG welding processes including toolingRobotic Programming whenever necessaryIdentify root cause and correct negative influences on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through identification of production constraints (ex. Scrap rate, technical downtime, organizational downtime and performance efficiency) Troubleshooting of mechanical/pneumatic/electrical issues, complete welding equipment and processes including 4D and welding quality Product quality validation (Dimensional, weld penetrations and strength testing) Work with welding technologist, maintenance, quality and line TI on resolving downtime/NOK issuesTrain new team members, TI's etc. Responsible for adhering to Brose policies and standards with respect to quality and environmental requirementsMust be flexible with shift rotations, overtime and weekend work as determined by production demands Your Profile:
Minimum of 3 year of welding experience or seat structure production manufacturingAbility to read and interpret product prints, dimensional reports (GD&T)Robotic experienceExcellent Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills2 Years related work experience
